At HTE, we approach our work with a level of professionalism and commitment that sets us apart from other contractors. To ensure that we are able to provide the most accurate proposal possible, we require a small deposit before scheduling a site survey for your business or residence.

Our process is as follows:

  1. You book the site survey online

  2. A team of installation experts will perform a thorough site survey

  3. Our expert design consultant will provide you with a room-by-room outline (or scope of work) along with their understanding of the project's goals.

  4. You will review and verify the scope and goals.

  5. We will create a detailed, engineered proposal for your consideration.

  6. We will schedule an online presentation to go over the proposal together.

We believe in doing things right, and we don't take shortcuts. It's important to note that we are not the cheapest option available. Our large team and extensive support structure come with a cost, but with that cost comes a level of service, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that is unmatched.

Additionally, please be aware that we do not provide support for systems outside of normal business hours (8am-4pm, M-F) unless you have subscribed to one of our ExpertCare plans.
