Lutron Lighting Control Systems for Hamptons & Manhattan Homes
One button. The lights settle, the shades lower, the evening begins. We design, engineer and program Lutron HomeWorks, RadioRA 3 and Control4 lighting control for the most considered homes on the East End and in the city.
Book a ConsultationThe most-used system in a Hamptons or Manhattan home deserves the most thought.
You touch your lighting more than any other technology you own. When it's engineered well, it disappears — and the home simply feels right.
Scenes, not switches
One press sets the room for dinner, reading or a film — every fixture at its ideal level, every time.
Quiet security
Lighting that mimics presence while you're away, and floods the property instantly if an alarm triggers.
Effortless efficiency
Occupancy sensing, astronomic time clocks and schedules mean lights are never burning in an empty room.
Human-centric light
Tunable lighting that follows the arc of the day — energizing by morning, restful by night.
World-class platforms. One standard of execution.

- Multi-function keypads that declutter walls and replace switch banks.
- One interface for everything the home does.
Wired, wireless or hybrid — engineered around your Hamptons or NYC home.
New build in Bridgehampton or prewar apartment on Madison Avenue — the system is engineered to the architecture, never the other way around.
Centralized
Panelized lighting for new construction. Dimming hardware lives in the equipment room; walls stay clean with a single elegant keypad per room.
Wireless
Smart dimmers and keypads replace existing devices in place — ideal for renovations, historic homes and phased upgrades.
Hybrid
Centralized where the walls are open, wireless where they aren't. Custom engineering for complex architectural realities.
The hardware is half the system. Programming is the other half.
Anyone can install a dimmer. The difference you live with every day is the thinking behind every button.
A documented keypad standard
Every keypad in every project follows our in-house programming standard — hero scene on top, bright below it, off at the bottom. Walk into any room and your hand already knows what to do.
Engraved, considered, beautiful
Custom-engraved keypads in finishes selected with your designer. Lighting and shades organized logically, never crowded onto one confusing plate.
Scenes tuned by eye
We set scene levels in your rooms, at night, with your finishes and your furniture — not from defaults in a software file.
A design-aware technology partner — not an installer.
Design-forward
We sit at the table with your architect and interior designer from the first drawing set. Beautiful integration starts before the walls close.

Lighting control, answered.
What's the difference between Lutron HomeWorks and RadioRA 3?
HomeWorks is Lutron's flagship whole-home platform — typically panelized, specified during new construction, with full Ketra support and the deepest scene and shade integration. RadioRA 3 is wireless-first: smart dimmers and keypads replace existing devices, making it ideal for renovations and phased upgrades. We design and program both.
Do I need to open my walls to add lighting control?
No. Wireless systems replace your existing switches in place. For new construction or major renovations, we recommend centralized lighting, which removes banks of switches entirely in favor of one elegant keypad per room.
Can lighting work with my shades, audio and security?
Yes — that's the point. One button can dim the lights, lower the shades and start the music. We engineer lighting, motorized shades, AV and security as one coordinated system, so the home responds as a whole.
What does a lighting control system cost?
A wireless system for a few key rooms starts in the low five figures; whole-home panelized systems with Ketra tunable lighting scale with the size and ambition of the project. Every system is engineered to the home, so we start with a consultation and a detailed proposal — never a guess.
Who programs and supports the system afterward?
We do. Every scene, engraving and schedule is programmed in-house to a documented standard, and HTExpert Care members receive 24/7 remote monitoring — most issues are resolved before you notice them.
