HTE Design Retainer - New Customer
This price includes a 16 hour block time for (2) field engineers to perform a detailed survey of your home or business. Upon completion of the survey, a design engineer will create the following deliverables:
a comprehensive equipment proposal, with model #s, based on the specifics of your existing system
a detailed labor estimate to install the equipment outlined
“as-builts” for you current system
24x7 support options for your upgraded system
The information above will enable you to receive apples to apples bids if you are not satisfied with our service or pricing. Furthermore, the “as-built” document can be used by any home technology professional to efficiently and effectively service your system without performing additional site surveys.
Any required extra time will incur charges of $205 per hour per engineer and $175 per hour per technician. Any unused time will be applied towards the project. This service is not refundable.
