The Discovery Phase
Our initial conversation is about understanding your lifestyle and architectural vision. We discuss the scope of your build, your timeline, and how you want technology to function within your home. We recommend bringing your architect or interior designer into this phase.
Showroom or Site Visit
For new builds, we invite you to our Southampton Design Lab to physically experience Lutron Ketra lighting, motorized shades, and invisible audio. For renovations or system takeovers, we dispatch a technician to your estate for a comprehensive infrastructure audit.
The Proposal
Following our meetings, our engineering team constructs a precise, room-by-room proposal. This outlines the exact hardware, labor, and integration required to execute your vision flawlessly, leaving no room for surprises.
