SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the service appointment text message programs operated by 596 Network Corp, doing business as Home Technology Experts (HTE) and Hamptons Landscape Lighting (HLL).

Messages and consent

When you select the optional SMS consent checkbox on the relevant brand’s contact form, you agree to receive customer care-related service appointment messages from that brand. Messages may include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling, and cancellations. This consent covers appointment-related texts only. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Providing a phone number or subscribing to an email newsletter does not by itself provide SMS consent.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency may vary based on your appointments. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply Help for help. After opting out, you will receive no further appointment texts unless you opt in again.
