The Process

How to Change Your Savant Dealer

Transferring your system to HTE is a secure, straightforward process. You do not need your previous dealer's permission to make the switch.

Option A: Using the Savant App

  1. 1 Open the Savant Pro App on your mobile device.
  2. 2 Navigate to Settings > System Details.
  3. 3 Select Change Dealer or Support.
  4. 4 Search for Home Technology Experts (HTE) and authorize the transfer.

Option B: We Handle It For You

If you don't have app access or prefer a hands-off approach, we can initiate the transfer directly with Savant Corporate on your behalf.

  1. Provide us with the email address associated with your system or your Savant Host UID (found on the main processor).
  2. We will submit a formal Dealer of Record change request.
