How to Change Your Savant Dealer
Transferring your system to HTE is a secure, straightforward process. You do not need your previous dealer's permission to make the switch.
Option A: Using the Savant App
- 1 Open the Savant Pro App on your mobile device.
- 2 Navigate to Settings > System Details.
- 3 Select Change Dealer or Support.
- 4 Search for Home Technology Experts (HTE) and authorize the transfer.
Option B: We Handle It For You
If you don't have app access or prefer a hands-off approach, we can initiate the transfer directly with Savant Corporate on your behalf.
- Provide us with the email address associated with your system or your Savant Host UID (found on the main processor).
- We will submit a formal Dealer of Record change request.
