- Log in to your account at customer.control4.com.
- Navigate to the "My Account" or "Profile" section.
- Select "Dealer" or "Change Dealer".
- Search for "Home Technology Experts" (or use our Dealer ID if provided).
- Confirm the switch to grant us remote access for diagnostics.
