Your outdoor lighting system is only as good as its upkeep. Our Brilliance Care plans ensure your system stays clean, functional, and beautifully lit—just as our designers intended.

Every plan includes 1 hour of service with two expert technicians per visit. While that’s enough for most routine maintenance, some projects or properties may require additional time, which will be billed accordingly (see below for details).

What’s Included Each Visit:

✔ Transformer maintenance and connection checks
✔ System control testing (timers, switches, photocells)
✔ Fixture cleaning, including cloudy lens restoration
✔ Debris removal (dirt, webs, nests, etc.)
✔ Lamp replacements (billed separately)
✔ Lubrication of accent light components
✔ Trimming overgrown vegetation around fixtures
✔ Realignment of fixtures shifted by ground movement or impact
✔ Tree growth fastener adjustments
✔ Insect/ant treatment as needed

Important Notes & Additional Charges

• Time Limits: Each visit includes 1 hour of labor with 2 techs. If additional time is required to complete maintenance, we’ll either pause and get your approval before proceeding—or, if preferred, complete the work and bill you afterward. Please let us know your preference.

• Tree Access: Fixture cleaning or re-aiming that requires climbing trees or using ladders beyond our standard setup is not included and will be billed hourly.

• Fixture Relocation: If a fixture must be moved due to landscape changes, the charge is $105 per fixture.

• Damage Not Covered: Fixtures damaged by landscapers, acts of nature, or accidental impact are not covered under warranty and will be billed separately.

• Not a Tree Service: These visits do not include tree trimming or arbor services. Our scope is limited to trimming vegetation immediately around the fixtures.
