Do you open walls or perform destructive testing?
No. The assessment is visual and non-invasive. If invasive verification is required, we’ll quote separately.
How far do you travel?
Core service area is Montauk ↔ Manhattan. Travel outside is available upon request.
Can this be virtual?
Plan reviews can be virtual, but on-site yields the most accurate grade.
