Known for turning complex systems into intuitive experiences, Alex works closely with top architects, builders, and designers to bring technology, lighting, and automation together in stunning, seamless ways. MANHATTAN PROJECT MANAGER

If Manhattan jobs are high-stakes puzzles, Brian’s the guy solving them before you knew they were tricky. After 15 years at HTE, he knows the ins and outs of city installs—from prewar brownstones to glass-wrapped penthouses. He’s certified in all the big names (Control4, Lutron, Savant) and works with a surgeon’s precision. Bonus: his stress-proof demeanor makes even the wildest project feel like a walk in Central Park.

Leandro is all about clean installs and cleaner racks. With years of AV and smart home experience under his toolbelt, he approaches every job with precision and pride. Certified in Control4 and known for his quiet focus, Leandro doesn’t just get the job done—he gets it done right. If you’re looking for shortcuts, look elsewhere.

GENERAL MANAGER

As General Manager of HTE and HLL’s Southampton offices, Brendan blends deep technical expertise with thoughtful leadership and a passion for client satisfaction. With over 20 years in the low-voltage and technology integration industry, he’s done it all—from pulling cable on commercial jobsites to designing and programming luxury AV and lighting systems. Brendan still plays an active role in complex system design while mentoring the next generation of tech talent. His leadership is rooted in trust, accountability, and a belief that great work speaks for itself. 

CONTROLLER / HR

Antonia is the calm in the storm, the one who makes sure the numbers line up and the people feel supported. With a sharp financial mind and a heart for people, she balances budgets and team dynamics like a pro. She's the one behind the scenes making sure everything feels as good as it runs—no small feat in a company this fast-paced.

OFFICE MANAGER

Kim keeps the engine running. From scheduling and billing to keeping team morale high, she’s the glue that holds our day-to-day together. With a background in project coordination and finance, she knows how to balance big-picture thinking with nitty-gritty details. Friendly, fast-moving, and always one step ahead, Kim is the kind of person who makes things happen—and makes it look easy.

MANHATTAN DESIGN ENGINEER

With over a decade of experience in AV, networking, security, and system programming, Jhojan specializes in designing advanced smart home systems tailored to Manhattan’s most distinctive residences. He’s certified across Control4, Cisco, and Savant platforms and is a skilled AutoCAD user—bringing both precision and creativity to every design. Known for his thoughtful problem-solving and love of learning, Jhojan approaches tech and culture with the same curiosity. When he’s not engineering systems, you’ll find him snowboarding in winter, hiking in summer, or exploring global cuisine through cooking. 

SERVICE MANAGER

Terry is the calm, cool, collected force behind our service department. With a background in tech and teaching, he’s equally at home troubleshooting a tricky network or walking a client through a remote reboot. His mission: keep things simple, solve problems fast, and make sure every client feels taken care of.

HAMPTONS PROJECT MANAGER

Paul’s the kind of guy who makes even the most complicated projects feel smooth. With 11+ years in the field and a long list of certifications, he knows exactly how to bring AV dreams to life without the drama. Collaborative, calm, and incredibly detail-oriented, Paul works hand-in-hand with designers, builders, and homeowners to ensure every finish is flawless.

WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Ken has a sixth sense for logistics. With over 40 years of management experience, he runs our warehouse like a well-oiled machine—making sure every part, box, and bracket lands exactly where (and when) it’s supposed to. If your project is running smoothly, there’s a good chance Ken had something to do with it.

HAMPTONS SR SERVICE ENGINEER

With three decades of experience and more certifications than most people have passwords, José is the guy you want when things really matter. From broadcast studios to high-end smart homes, he’s seen it all—and fixed most of it. He’s our go-to for getting systems back on track with calm, confidence, and zero drama. Clients love him. We do too. And yes, he’s also a proud grandpa (just don’t challenge him on Dante patching—he’ll win).

SR LIGHTING DESIGNER

Vanessa doesn’t just design with light—she tells stories with it. With roots in architecture and a background working alongside some of the best in the business, she brings a painter’s touch and a planner’s discipline to every project. Whether it’s a moody pathway or a full landscape reveal, her lighting plans aren’t just technical—they’re emotional. At HLD, she’s our in-house lighting whisperer.

MARKETING MANAGER

With over a decade in the consumer tech and integration space, Vanessa brings both strategic savvy and serious creative chops to the HTE family of brands. From national sales management to award-winning editorial work, she’s led marketing efforts across every corner of the industry. At HTE, she drives campaigns that are smart, stylish, and laser-focused on delivering results—always with a pulse on what luxury clients and trade pros truly value. She’s also the voice behind the scenes, shaping the brand’s tone and storytelling with wit, warmth, and polish. 

DESIGN CONSULTANT

With a background that blends fine art, woodworking, and tech design, Rhys brings a thoughtful and creative eye to every project. He helps clients choose home technology that reflects their taste and elevates their lifestyle—always keeping innovation and elegance in mind. From lead generation to low-voltage integration, his experience runs deep across construction and smart home design. When he's not working with clients, you'll probably find him in the kitchen cooking something from scratch.

Jeanne’s energy is contagious—and we mean that in the best way. A former top-tier auctioneer and natural connector, she brings a spark to everything from booking CEUs to building new trade relationships. She’s new to home tech but dove in headfirst, making fast friends and fast progress. With Jeanne on your side, it’s not just business—it’s personal.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

Cathy brings a unique blend of business savvy and hospitality to her role managing billing and collections at HTE. With a background in sales, restaurant ownership, and household management, she’s known for her attention to detail and customer-first approach. In addition to keeping financial records on track, Cathy acts as a client advocate—ensuring every interaction reflects the company’s high standards. Off the clock, she loves cooking, entertaining, and spending time with her family.

With nearly two decades of experience in construction and technology integration, Michael brings deep expertise and steady leadership to every project he oversees. As HTE’s Hamptons Project Manager, he ensures that each installation meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and performance. Backed by multiple CEDIA certifications, Michael is known for his hands-on approach and commitment to delivering results that exceed client expectations.

Roy is a key part of HTE’s installation team, bringing a steady hand and technical know-how to every project. Known for his reliability and attention to detail, he helps ensure that systems are installed cleanly, correctly, and on time. Roy’s quiet dedication and team-first attitude make him a valued part of each successful installation.

Iza brings a hands-on mindset and a sharp eye for detail to every install. Splitting her time between HTE and the landscape lighting team, she’s known for her positivity, precision, and ability to elevate any project she touches. Whether she’s wiring up a rack or lighting up a garden path, Iza shows up with care, consistency, and pride in the result.

Elias brings over a decade of experience in lighting and AV installations, with roots in entertainment lighting for nightclubs and venues. Today, he channels that creative precision into high-end home automation, leading installations, programming, and service with a passion for getting every detail right. He’s energized by seeing each project come to life—from breathtaking views to the artful systems behind the scenes. When he’s not perfecting code or fine-tuning a system, he’s eagerly awaiting the next season of House of the Dragon.
